qqaa Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules, Player Rights, and Obligations

1 General Terms and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and qqaa ("qqaa", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the qqaa website located at qqaa.club, including all associated games, sportsbook markets, live casino tables, payment services, and any other features or content made available through the Platform (collectively, the "Services").

By completing the qqaa registration process, by clicking any "I agree" or equivalent acceptance checkbox, or by simply accessing or using any part of the qqaa Platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the Platform and, if registered, request account closure by contacting qqaa support at [email protected].

1.1 Amendments to These Terms

qqaa reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Where changes are material, qqaa will provide reasonable notice by publishing the updated Terms on the qqaa website with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Platform after such notice constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The most current version of these Terms will always be accessible at qqaa.club/terms-conditions.

1.2 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the qqaa Privacy Policy and any additional rules, guidelines, or policies published on the Platform (including game-specific rules, bonus terms, and the Responsible Gaming Policy), constitute the entire agreement between you and qqaa with respect to your use of the Services. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter.

2 Eligibility and Age Restriction

To be eligible to use the qqaa Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times during your use of the Services:

• You are at least 18 years of age or the minimum legal age for gambling activities in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
• You are a natural person acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee for any third party.
• You have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.
• You are not located in, a citizen of, or a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.
• You are not a current or former employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of qqaa, or an immediate family member of such a person, unless you have received prior written consent from qqaa management.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list administered by qqaa or any affiliated responsible gaming programme.
• You are acting on your own behalf with your own funds and are not funded by, or acting on behalf of, any third party.

2.1 Age Verification

qqaa may, at its absolute discretion and at any time, require you to submit documentary evidence of your age and identity as part of a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a competent Bangladeshi authority. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification documentation within the timeframe specified by qqaa may result in the suspension of your account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

3 Account Registration and Security

To access the full range of qqaa Services, including live casino games, cricket betting markets, slot titles, and payment facilities, you must register a single personal account on the Platform. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, email address, and a mobile number associated with your preferred payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay).

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one active qqaa account. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited. Where qqaa identifies that a player holds more than one account — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, the same payment method, or any combination thereof — qqaa reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any bonuses or winnings credited to those accounts, and retain any deposits made to duplicate accounts where fraud or deliberate policy circumvention is determined.

3.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

You are solely responsible for ensuring that all information you provide during registration and throughout your use of the Platform remains accurate and up to date. If any of your registration details change — including your residential address, email address, or mobile number — you must update your account information promptly by contacting qqaa support. Providing false, misleading, or outdated registration information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension or permanent closure.

3.3 Account Security and Password

You are responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of your qqaa account credentials, including your username, password, and any security codes or PINs associated with your account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. qqaa will never ask you for your password by email, phone, or any other communication channel. Any activity conducted through your account, whether authorised by you or not, is your sole responsibility. If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, you must notify qqaa immediately at [email protected] so that appropriate security measures can be taken without delay.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

qqaa supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods available to players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions on the Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and displayed using the ৳ symbol. qqaa does not charge any platform-side fees on deposits or withdrawals.

4.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount on qqaa is ৳300 per transaction.
• Deposits are credited to your qqaa account balance in real time upon successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider.
• You may only deposit funds using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• qqaa reserves the right to request evidence that you are the authorised holder of any payment method used on the Platform before processing a deposit or withdrawal.
• qqaa does not accept deposits in cash, cryptocurrency, or any asset form other than BDT via the supported payment channels listed above.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests submitted before 8:00 PM Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) on any business day are processed on the same day.
• qqaa charges zero platform fees on all withdrawals. Fees levied by the player's own payment provider (e.g., mobile financial service charges) are outside qqaa's control and are the player's responsibility.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method previously used to deposit funds into the account, or to a verified payment method registered in the player's own name.
• qqaa reserves the right to conduct identity and KYC verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount is significant or where account activity indicates a need for verification.
• Funds that are subject to active wagering requirements arising from a bonus are not available for withdrawal until those requirements have been fully satisfied in accordance with the applicable bonus terms.

4.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login or financial transaction has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more. qqaa may impose an inactivity administration fee on dormant accounts in accordance with its dormant account policy. Players will be notified by email before any such fee is applied. Any remaining balance in a dormant account will be returned to the player upon verified request submitted to [email protected].

5 Bonuses and Promotions

qqaa offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and returning players, including welcome bonuses on qualifying first deposits, reload bonuses, live casino cashback, and seasonal promotions timed around events such as Eid, BPL season, IPL, the T20 World Cup, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms by reference.

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

• All bonuses are available to players aged 18 and above who hold a verified qqaa account in good standing.
• Each bonus offer is available once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money funds. Wagering requirements, where applicable, must be satisfied before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, eligible game contributions, and time limits applicable to each bonus are detailed in the individual promotion's terms and are not repeated in full in these general Terms.
• qqaa reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time. Players who have already claimed an active bonus will not be affected by mid-campaign changes without reasonable notice.
• Bonuses may not be used in combination with each other unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms.
• qqaa reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds and any associated winnings where it determines that a player has abused the bonus system, whether by creating multiple accounts, providing false information, engaging in matched betting strategies prohibited under the promotion terms, or by any other method of circumventing the intended spirit of the offer.

6 User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

By using the qqaa Platform you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, fair, and respectful manner at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, which may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, fraudulent, or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or at any other point of interaction with qqaa.
• Registering more than one account on the Platform.
• Using the Platform while located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, algorithms, or artificial intelligence systems to interact with any game, betting market, or the Platform infrastructure in a manner not intended for natural individual play.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, chip dumping, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to exploit game mechanics, odds structures, or promotional offers.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or technical glitches. Any winnings generated as a result of a demonstrable software error are void and will be reclaimed by qqaa.
• Depositing funds that are derived from criminal activity, money laundering, or any other illegal source. qqaa has anti-money-laundering (AML) procedures in place and will report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing qqaa staff, customer support agents, or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract the source code or underlying architecture of any part of the qqaa Platform.

6.1 Responsible Use

You acknowledge that online gambling carries inherent financial risk and that it is your personal responsibility to manage your play within your financial means. qqaa provides responsible gaming tools including deposit limits, session time limits, and self-exclusion options. You are encouraged to make use of these tools at any time by contacting [email protected] or visiting the Responsible Gaming section of the Platform.

7 Account Suspension and Closure

qqaa reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any other policy published on the Platform.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by qqaa.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of stolen payment credentials.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated by the player without prior resolution attempts through qqaa support.
• Discovery that the player is under 18 years of age.
• Discovery that the player has registered multiple accounts.
• Court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request requiring account closure or asset freezing.
• Player's own voluntary request for self-exclusion submitted to qqaa support.

7.1 Effect of Closure

Upon account closure for reasons attributable to a player's breach of these Terms, qqaa reserves the right to void any pending bonuses, forfeit bonus-derived balances, and withhold any funds pending verification investigations. Where account closure is initiated at the player's own request (including self-exclusion), any verified real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player's registered payment method after identity verification is completed. 7.2 Voluntary Closure

You may request voluntary closure of your qqaa account at any time by contacting [email protected]. qqaa will process voluntary closure requests within five (5) business days. Prior to closure, any outstanding withdrawal requests will be settled in accordance with the standard withdrawal processing procedures described in Section 4 of these Terms.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, qqaa, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its Services. This includes but is not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any financial loss resulting from reliance on information provided on the Platform.

8.1 Service Availability

qqaa endeavours to maintain continuous availability of the Platform but does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical malfunctions. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated where reasonably practicable. qqaa accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of Platform downtime, connectivity interruptions, or technical errors that are outside qqaa's reasonable control, including failures of third-party payment providers, internet service providers, or game-content providers.

8.2 Game Outcomes

All game outcomes on qqaa are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or by physical game elements in the case of live casino products (cards, roulette wheels, dice). qqaa accepts no liability for any perceived unfairness in game outcomes provided those outcomes are generated by certified systems operating within the published Return to Player (RTP) parameters. It is your responsibility to understand the rules of any game before wagering real money.

8.3 Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the general principles of contract law. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the qqaa Platform that cannot be resolved through qqaa's internal dispute resolution process should be escalated in writing to [email protected] with full details of the dispute. qqaa will endeavour to respond to formal dispute submissions within ten (10) business days.
